  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    We require that tenants pay first month’s rent and 2 months of rent for a security deposit.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    18 years old.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposits or holding fees are refundable when certain criteria are met. Ask the leasing team for details.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    We do not have cosigner requirements.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  • How do I pay rent?

    You can pay your rent through the following methods:

    ACH Payments: Set up an automated clearing house (ACH) transfer directly from your bank account to ensure timely payments.

    Check or Money Order: Deliver a check or money order to the property manager. All payments must be submitted by the 1st of every month. Ensure the payment is processed on time to avoid late fees.

  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    We do not allow pets at our properties.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    If a roommate moves out, the remaining leaseholder will need to re-qualify.
  • My lease is expiring and I want to move out. What do I do?

  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    As landlords, we are responsible for plumbing, structure, HVAC, and electrical repairs. Tenants are responsible for other repairs and maintenance.
